The word DIET – as already know from personal experience that the majority of people with seasoned „headache” / thinking about what is in the word contains, and sometimes chills J. It is only identified in most nutritional systems that are in the crosshairs dropping „unnecessary burden” or weight loss.

„Diet ??! – Why me ?!”
You could say that the Diet is also a way of healthy eating, accompanied by every day enormity of the sacrifices, sometimes associated with suffering and malaise. And for most of this word is associated with: fish, dairy products, goose, vegetable salads, fruit, dark bread, or have created elaborate dishes, which we will prepare to spend at least a few hours.
So – So what if it is not a diet weight loss?
Because the word DIET – is nothing but a way of eating ONLY! It is tailored to the individual, but most importantly – it’s for purpose! A balanced and healthy diet should be based on: a little processed products and contain all the nutrients (ie. WBT / Carbohydrates, Proteins, Fats) in tailor-made to the individual amounts. And as you know healthy eating, has no effect on the proper functioning of our body, and our health!
Is the diet must be suffering for us?
In all this, the question is not to restrict food, starve or eat „DRY” or such. „Hen and RICE”!
You only need to choose wisely when purchasing food products for the home,which should be avoided: the products heavily processed, with a high content of carbohydrates (sugars) and fats, as well as in a proper manner to prepare meals or eg .: instead of frying use stewing, steaming, grill or bake; and eat lots of vegetables!

Win or buy the „best” diet!
As you probably noticed on the web and in the press, teeming with all sorts of nonsensical diets that often rely on healthy products – it does not consider individual caloric intake for a person and the demand on data provided for its nutrients. So, go ahead, you can say that they are often just as idiotic as and their name :).
REMEMBER ONE! – that every body (bio-machine) is different and requires an individual approach. And it does not matter or do you want to gain a few pounds, or it can also lose „belly” – because adequate calories and macronutrient selection is the key to success! So if the effects are visible and remain constant, ask you about one thing – do not let the lure slogans: „10kg in two weeks!”
