MNK Partners, an independent asset management firm specializing in pan-European high-net-worth real estate investments, announces the launch of Fund POLSKA by MNK, a specialized professional fund (FPS) governed by French law in the form of an FCP, which aims to invest primarily in Core+ real estate assets in the office, logistics and retail sectors in Poland.

Poland is one of the most attractive countries in Europe with growth prospects that we believe are sustainable and promising. Poland is in a privileged position given its geographical location, population and the dynamism and diversification of its economy. The development of the Polish real estate market is conducive to medium-term buy-to-let strategies, which is exactly what the Polska fund wants to offer explains Mansour Khalifé, CEO and founder of MNK Partners.

Objectives and characteristics of the fund: to combine profit with value creation potential.

With an opportunistic and diversified strategy, the Poland Fund will aim to build a portfolio of assets worth €100 million by investing in Core+ real estate assets in Poland.

The fund will focus on the Polish market, primarily on the logistics, office and retail park segments, which have performed well during the pandemic and lockdown period. We can also invest in other market segments and in neighbouring countries if we find attractive products there says Małgorzata Cieślak-Belgy, Investment Director at MNK Partners.

The management company has already identified assets that fit this strategy. It will announce its acquisitions by the third quarter of 2021.

Buoyant market and strategic geographic location

This dynamism is reflected in the real estate sector through the development of modern, high-class office buildings, the opening of shopping centres and retail parks in various cities of the country, as well as the development of a logistics base near the transport routes established in recent years. If we add to these conditions higher yields on purchase than in Western Europe, it is easy to understand the interest in investing in the Polish real estate market says Mansour Khalifé.

A local team in the heart of Europe.

As part of its global European strategy, and specifically for the Poland by MNK fund, the MNK Group has opened an office in Warsaw in 2020 to better impact Central, Eastern and Northern Europe. A local team consisting of experienced and valued employees, follows the market and investments to better position the group in the region and privileged access to quality assets as well as local players. Investment decisions and fund management are conducted from Paris.

In addition to this local presence, MNK Partners has strong expertise in the pan-European real estate market. The team has a European track record, with over €5 billion invested across Europe (15 countries) over the last 15 years.

We have been operating in Europe for many years, which allows us to understand the cycles of the European real estate market and benefit from an extensive network of partners in each European country. With this location in the heart of Central Europe, we believe we have privileged access to the best investment opportunities in the best interest of our investors explains Miranda Khabiri, Managing Director of MNK Partners.
